  • We don't outsource to foreign call centers. When you have a problem you don't want to further complicate things with language issues.
  • We don't outsource to North American call centers where agents are handling Zappos refunds one minute and trying to figure out our system the next.

Twenty-five years of accounting and standardization experience, almost twenty of that specific to the floral industry working with a national florist association and almost ten years training and supporting FloristWare clients. Mary Ann joined FloristWare in May of 2007. She is responsible for marketing & communications. She spent the previous 13 years working for two major financial institutions, with varied roles in training, marketing and communications. She helps FloristWare with advertising, client communications, presentations, web content and more.
