FloristWare has simpliflied the the training process for new employees, because the system is so easy to use. It virtually “walks” the staff through the order taking process. An important benefit, this saves time and money in getting new staff up to speed. This is in stark contrast to most other systems where it can take as much as a week to train new users on the basics.

Having the customer loyalty points program in general increases repeat customers/sales because customers know they are building discounts toward future purchases. From the customer's point of view: not having to carry "another" points card is a big plus and encourages customers to sign up for the program without hesitation.
The marketing features like reminder notices and the customer points has been of great value to increasing sales and customers love the reminders and points.
